Hands-On Healing
Each session is 45 mins to 1 hour.
Jayne your practitioner will gently place their hands on or near different parts of your body, channeling Reiki energy to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. I will work to align and balance your energy centres (chakras) to remove energy blockages and enhance the natural flow of energy throughout your body.

The Coimbra clinic will provide a serene and calming environment conducive to relaxation, choose from soothing music or dim lighting to enhance the healing experience.
