Embodied, relational work for healthier cultures and sustainable teams
When I work with groups, organisations, and corporate teams, I’m less interested in surface-level wellbeing initiatives and more interested in the conditions that allow people to actually function well together.

Because a healthy organisation isn’t built on policies alone — it’s built on nervous systems, relationships, and the everyday ways people relate to pressure, power, communication, and change.

I work with organisations who recognise that cultivating wellbeing is not separate from productivity or performance, but foundational to it. When people feel regulated, respected, and resourced, teams become more creative, more resilient, and more capable of navigating complexity together.
A whole-system approach to wellbeing

My work with groups and organisations takes a whole-system perspective.

Rather than focusing only on individual resilience or stress management, we explore how wellbeing is shaped collectively — through leadership styles, relational dynamics, workload, boundaries, and organisational culture.

This work supports organisations to:
  • Build cultures that support nervous system regulation rather than chronic stress
  • Improve communication, collaboration, and relational safety
  • Increase capacity to navigate change, uncertainty, and pressure
  • Reduce burnout, disengagement, and quiet attrition
  • Foster trust, accountability, and shared responsibility
When teams understand how stress, threat, and safety operate in the body and in groups, new choices become available — not just for individuals, but for the system as a whole.
How I work with groups

I offer workshops, trainings, and facilitated group spaces that are experiential, practical, and grounded — designed to be felt, not just understood intellectually.

My work draws on somatic practice, nervous system education, relational ethics, and years of working with bodies and groups in both therapeutic and organisational contexts.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
  • Somatic and nervous-system-informed practices for regulation and resilience
  • Exploring relational dynamics within teams and leadership structures
  • Skills for staying present during conflict, feedback, and decision-making
  • Embodied approaches to boundaries, consent, and communication
  • Practices that support sustainable leadership and collective responsibility
This is not about asking people to be more positive, more flexible, or more productive. It’s about creating the conditions where people can show up with greater clarity, presence, and agency.
Beyond tick-box wellbeing

I’m not interested in wellbeing as a branding exercise or a box to tick.

While my work is informed by evidence-based frameworks and contemporary research, I go beyond traditional corporate wellbeing models that focus solely on individual coping strategies.

I work with organisations who want to:
  • Address the relational and systemic roots of stress and burnout
  • Support leaders to lead from presence rather than reactivity
  • Create cultures where people feel safe enough to think, speak, and contribute
  • Align how people work with the values and purpose of the organisation
  • The aim isn’t to make people tolerate unhealthy systems — but to help organisations evolve toward healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
Who this work is for

This work is well suited for organisations and groups who:
  • Value people as humans, not just roles or resources
  • Are navigating growth, transition, or cultural change
  • Want to support leadership development without performative models
  • Are noticing signs of burnout, disengagement, or relational strain
  • Are curious about embodied, relational approaches to wellbeing and leadership
I work with teams, leadership groups, collectives, and organisations across sectors, adapting the work to suit your context, culture, and capacity.

Creating cultures that can hold complexity

We’re living and working in a time of rapid change, uncertainty, and increasing pressure. Organisations that can meet this moment aren’t the ones that push harder — they’re the ones that build capacity.

Capacity to pause. Capacity to listen. Capacity to respond rather than react.

My role is to support groups and organisations in developing this capacity — so that people don’t just function, but feel resourced enough to work together with integrity, creativity, and care.

Working together

If you’re interested in exploring workshops, trainings, or facilitated group work for your organisation, I invite you to get in touch.

We’ll begin with a conversation to understand your context, needs, and intentions, and to sense whether this approach is a good fit.

This work is collaborative, responsive, and shaped around what your system is actually ready for — not a one-size-fits-all solution.

  • Multi-dimensional wide-open wonder

I enrolled in a retreat that Julian was co-facilitating, I got introduced to his work, and I got to know him in different dimensions which brought so much into my journey.

He took me on a journey of diving to explore new subjects and go deeper inside to discover more and more about myself.

I went there with curiosity and came out on the other side in wide-open wonder.

One of the things that is still with me to this day, is learning to "Feel and Follow". This represents the journey I was already in, and it expanded even further.

  • Full of wisdom

Julian is hugely knowledgeable and experienced in a wide variety of topics. He was in his element answering questions from the guys in our men’s circle.

As well as a competent facilitator, teacher and bodyworker I’d also point out that working with him was a pleasure. Organised, clear and responsible.

  • Julian is an amazingly skilled bodyworker, with a lot of tools. He isn't afraid to dive deep, and his presence is so trustworthy, that it is not difficult to open up to him. He does this with empathy and professionalism. I enjoyed a 7 day private couples retreat with Julian as well as mentoring, coaching and one to one bodywork teachings, I loved all of it.
