The School of Relational Bodywork Terms & ConditionsPlease read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any Programme offered by Relational Bodywork Ltd.
1. Terms of ServiceThis agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“You”) and
Relational Bodywork Ltd, trading as
The School of Relational Bodywork (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

This Agreement applies to all Programmes offered by us.The term “Programme” includes any course, training, workshop, coaching container, embodiment immersion, online content, or in-person experience delivered by us.
2. Acceptance of AgreementBy enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Programme, you confirm that you have:
- Read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Agreed to be bound by them
If you do not agree, you should not proceed with enrolment.
3. Programme StructureOur Programmes may include a blended learning format, including:
- Online learning via platforms such as Mighty Networks
- Live group sessions conducted via Zoom (which may be recorded)
- In-person embodiment immersions and training
In-person components may take place in Portugal at:

You agree to engage responsibly across all formats.
4. Identity VerificationTo maintain a safe and professional learning environment, you may be required to complete identity verification prior to or during the Programme in Mighty Networks.
Failure to complete this process may result in restricted access to the Programme matterials.
5. RecordingsLive online sessions may be recorded and made available for replay within the Programme.
By participating, you consent to:
- Being present in recorded sessions
- Your voice and/or image being included where relevant
These recordings remain the intellectual property of Relational Bodywork Ltd and are for participant use only.
6. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of RiskOur work is experiential and may involve:
- Somatic practices
- Emotional processing
- Exploration of sexuality, intimacy, and relational dynamics
In the case of Sexological Bodywork trainings you will require competency with professional client lead pelvic and genital touch. This is always consent-based, working with one way touch and with gloves + hygiene protocol + following the ethical guidance of the ACSB:

- You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing
- You choose to participate voluntarily
- You will engage within your own limits and communicate clearly if needed
We do not provide medical or mental health treatment.
If you have any concerns, you agree to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
You assume full responsibility for any risks, outcomes, or effects arising from your participation.
7. ConfidentialityWe are committed to co-creating a safe and respectful space with our student learners and teacher team.
By participating, you agree to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding other participants
- Not share personal stories, identities, or experiences outside the Programme
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of the group
Confidentiality is a core part of the integrity of this work.
8. Code of ConductYou agree to participate in a way that is:
- Respectful
- Consensual
- Boundaried
- Responsible
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.
This includes:
- Breach of confidentiality
- Harassment or boundary violations
- Failure to follow facilitator guidance
No refund is guaranteed in such cases.
9. Intellectual PropertyAll Programme materials—including videos, written content, practices, and recordings—are the intellectual property of Relational Bodywork Ltd.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
- Share access to the Programme
- Use content for teaching or commercial purposes
Without prior written permission.
10. Refund PolicyDue to the nature of this work and the faculty wages, logistical, accommodation and food commitment required:
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing after the 60 days prior to the training commences.
- No refunds will be issued after access to Programme materials has been granted
If a payment plan is agreed, you remain responsible for completing all payments.
11. Transfers & DeferralsRequests to transfer or defer participation may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Approval is at our sole discretion and may include:
- Administrative fees
- Conditions for rejoining a future Programme
12. Travel & AccommodationFor in-person components:
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel and transfer - we can offer support and contacts
- We are not liable for any associated costs
- Food and accommodation are included in the course fees based on two people sharing a twin room.
This includes attendance at the Algarve training location listed above.
13. Programme Changes, Postponement or CancellationWe reserve the right to:
- Modify Programme content or structure
- Change dates or delivery format
- Postpone or cancel a Programme if necessary
In the highly unlikely event we cancel a Programme, you may be offered:
- Transfer to another Programme, or
- A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
We are not responsible for external costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:
Relational Bodywork Ltd shall not be liable for any:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Personal, emotional, or physical outcomes
- Losses arising from participation
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Programme.
15. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
16. AgreementBy enrolling in this Programme, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to be legally bound by them
- You have completed the agreements form
17. Sexual Boundaries & Scope of PracticeRelational Bodywork Ltd provides education, coaching, and somatic learning experiences within a structured, professional training environment.
While our work may include exploration of topics such as:
- Sexuality
- Intimacy
- Arousal
- Embodiment and relational dynamics
You acknowledge and agree that:
- This Programme is not a sexual service
- No partner engagement sexual activity or sexual exchange between participants and facilitators is permitted
- Any guided practices are conducted within clearly defined educational, professional, and consent-based frameworks
All touch (where applicable in in-person settings):
- Is structured, intentional, and educational in nature
- Is always optional and based on explicit, informed consent
- Can be declined or stopped at any time without explanation
You are responsible for:
- Communicating your boundaries clearly
- Respecting the boundaries of others
- Engaging only in ways that feel safe and appropriate for you
Any behaviour that crosses professional, ethical, or legal boundaries—including but not limited to inappropriate sexual behaviour, coercion, or misconduct—may result in immediate removal from the Programme without refund.
